Order and Payment
Orders placed with Pretty Things Boutique are processed through Paypal on a secure server.
Postage and Packaging
We offer First Class Standard Post for all UK parcels.
Our rates our as follows:
UK Standard: £3.95
We aim to post out as soon as possible, next day for items in stock and within 7 days for items not in stock. Your item should reach you within 10-14 days. Although usual delivery takes within 7, we like to allow for postal delays as you just never know!
If an item is sent Recorded Delivery we will have a trackable number that you can request after seven days and use on the Royal Mail website. If you want to track parcels then please use the Recorded Delivery option on the checkout.
Items sent standard First Class Post are only trackable by our own system. By way of entering the tracking number we give you into our system and finding out if your order is processed/despatched/completed.
We can offer Special Delivery on some items, please email us as price on Special Delivery is dependant on weight.
Please wait 10 days before chasing up any orders. If there is a problem we will email you as soon as possible. If you have not heard from us assume everything is fine.
We cannot chase up Standard First Class parcels with Royal Mail until 15 working days (from the due date of delivery)as they do not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. They allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender if there are any delivery problems.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us at lynsey@pretty-thingsboutique.co.uk within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Unfortunately monies cannot be returned on opened packages unless the goods are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
